Southpaw Matt was a blank canvas when it came to fight-style training. 50-years young, having never worn a boxing glove or kicked a pad or bag, a half-marathon runner (when time permits; as a civil engineer he commutes to Sydney), Matt sought out TOTALFIGTHTER to sharpen his co-ordination skills and inject a little variety into his training. We know it’s the spice of life! It’s still early days but Matt is especially excelling with elbow strikes, and his footwork and balance is heading north too 🙂
