Train with Dane and learn how to move boxing-style, how, where and when to throw a punch and improve your reaction time. Padwork will help develop your co-ordination and spacial awareness. And, yes, the pads can hit back. So additionally, you will learn how to block, slip and roll. The drills are varied and changeable with emphasis on technique, breath control and physical endurance.
