Regular activity and expending physical energy offers so much that not to engage in some form of regular movement is denying yourself the elixir of good health. And it doesn’t stop there. Exercise releases endorphins and will help turn down your volume.

According to Beyond Blue over 3 million Australians are living with depression and anxiety and last year over 3 thousand Australians committed suicide.

It’s naïve to think that regular movement is the sole answer to societal “Blueness” but its an inescapable fact that moving and grooving in a sweaty manner can help prevent you falling further into the abyss. It may even be the catalyst for the climb back to the surface of better self-esteem.
